We stand by every transfer we print. When you order from DTF Direct, you can press with confidence knowing your prints will arrive on time, look sharp, and go the distance.
If something’s not quite right, let us know within 45 days and we’ll make it right. That might mean a reprint or a refund, depending on what works best.
We may ask for a quick photo to help us understand the issue, but we’ll never ask you to send anything back.
We’re here to help you press like a pro. That means getting it right the first time and backing it up with real support if anything slips through.
Production Timings
Priority Processing
If you're in a rush, we offer Priority Processing. Just select the checkbox in the cart.
Order by 12pm and we’ll print and dispatch your order that business day. Order by 5pm and we’ll print and dispatch your order the following business day.
Regular Processing
Order by 10am and your order will be dispatched in 24hrs. Order after 10am and your order will be received the following business day, and dispatched in 24hrs.
**Important note: Insufficient artwork submission will result in delays on the production of your order. Including (but not limited to):
• Low resolution files (most common error)
• Incorrectly sized files
• Incorrect choice of print size
• Artwork lines finer than .5ml
• Incomplete or incorrect gang sheets
• Incorrect order quantities
• Files with glow, drop shadows, transparency etc
