Vector is sharpest — AI, EPS, PDF — but PNG at 300 DPI at final size prints beautifully. Keep line weights above 0.5mm, use a properly transparent background, and strip out any glows or drop shadows first; they don't make the jump to film.

The five-second pre-press comes first — it drives out moisture and creases, and skipping it is behind most adhesion problems people run into. Set the transfer face down, press at 140–150°C for eight to ten seconds with medium to firm pressure, let it cool for a moment, then peel the film slowly from a corner. Follow with a five-second re-press under parchment or Teflon for a softer hand and a stronger bond.
